Rules & Code of Conduct

To ensure North Texas Exotics for Charity remains a positive and impactful group, we uphold the following standards:

  1. Membership Eligibility – Membership is open to individuals who own a modern exotic car and share our commitment to charity, community, and ethical behavior.
  2. Respect & Integrity – Members must treat each other with respect, honesty, and fairness. We do not tolerate gossip, drama, or negativity within our group.
  3. Charitable Participation – While we encourage active involvement in all events, members should make an effort to participate in charitable initiatives whenever possible.
  4. Safe & Responsible Driving – Reckless driving, street racing, and illegal activities during our events are strictly prohibited. Safety always comes first.
  5. No Drama, No Gossip – We are a community built on positivity. Members should uplift one another and avoid any behavior that fosters conflict or division.
  6. Event Conduct – Members must follow event guidelines and respect event hosts, sponsors, and partners. Any misconduct that reflects poorly on the organization may result in removal from the group.
  7. Exclusive & Invited Guests – Members may invite guests to select events, but all attendees must respect the values and rules of the group.
  8. Giving Back – Our core mission is charity. Members are encouraged to contribute to our fundraising efforts and help spread joy to those less fortunate.
