Code of Conduct

1. Membership & Eligibility
  • Membership is open to individuals who own a modern exotic car and demonstrate a commitment to ethical behavior, philanthropy, and community engagement.
  • All members must submit an application and be approved by the leadership team before participating in official events.
  • Members are expected to uphold the values of integrity, kindness, and generosity at all times.
2. Respect & Community Culture
  • Treat all members, guests, sponsors, event staff, and the public with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Discriminatory behavior, including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, or harassment of any kind, will not be tolerated.
  • We foster a drama-free, gossip-free environment. Negative talk about fellow members, personal attacks, or creating division within the group is strictly prohibited.
  • Conflicts should be handled privately and respectfully. If an issue arises, it should be reported to leadership for resolution.
3. Charitable Participation & Philanthropy
  • As a charity-focused group, members are expected to actively support fundraising events and community outreach programs.
  • While participation in every event is not mandatory, members should make an effort to contribute through attendance, volunteering, donations, or promotion.
  • Misuse of the organization’s name, logo, or charitable events for personal gain is strictly forbidden.
4. Safe & Responsible Driving
  • Safety is our top priority. Reckless driving, speeding, street racing, or any illegal activity is not tolerated at events or while representing the organization.
  • All members must follow traffic laws and regulations at all times.
  • During organized rallies or group drives, members must obey convoy rules, use designated communication channels, and respect all participants’ safety.
  • Burnouts, excessive revving, and disruptive behavior at public venues or charitable events are strictly prohibited.
5. Event Conduct & Representation
  • Members attending official events must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Members should represent North Texas Exotics for Charity with pride and act as ambassadors of the group’s mission.
  • Alcohol consumption must be done responsibly. Any member found to be intoxicated and engaging in unsafe behavior at an event may be asked to leave and could face further disciplinary action.
  • Any damage to property, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior that reflects poorly on the organization may result in suspension or removal from the group.
6. Sponsorships, Partnerships & Media Engagement
  • Members may not use the group’s name, branding, or affiliations for personal business promotions without prior approval from leadership.
  • Sponsorships or partnerships must be reviewed and approved by the leadership team to ensure alignment with our mission and values.
  • Members must obtain permission before representing North Texas Exotics for Charity in media interviews, social media collaborations, or public statements.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
  • Members’ personal information, including names, contact details, and private discussions, must be kept confidential.
  • Sharing private member information or internal group discussions without consent is a serious violation of our community trust.
  • Photography and video at events are permitted, but respect for individual privacy is paramount. Members should ask for permission before sharing images of others on social media.
8. Guest Policy & Invitations
  • Members may invite guests to select events, but guests must adhere to the same code of conduct and values as full members.
  • Members are responsible for their guests’ behavior and ensuring they follow all group guidelines.
  • Any guest who violates our standards may be barred from future events, and the inviting member may also face consequences if the situation warrants it.
9. Compliance & Disciplinary Actions
  • Violations of the Code of Conduct will be reviewed by the leadership team. Depending on the severity, disciplinary actions may include a warning, suspension, or removal from the group.
  • Repeated violations or serious infractions, such as illegal activity, harassment, or behavior that severely damages the reputation of North Texas Exotics for Charity, will result in immediate expulsion.
  • Leadership decisions regarding membership status are final.
