Code of Conduct

Membership in North Texas Exotics is a privilege, not a right. As an invitation-only community committed to excellence, respect, and camaraderie, we require all members to adhere to the following Code of Conduct without exception. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the club.


1. Respect and Integrity

  • Treat all members, their guests, and sponsors with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
  • Disrespectful, rude, condescending, or aggressive behavior—online or in person—will not be tolerated.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or intimidation will result in immediate expulsion.

2. Privacy and Discretion

  • Do not share member information, photos, or event details publicly without express permission.
  • Members are expected to respect the privacy of fellow members’ homes, collections, and personal lives.

3. No Drama, No Ego

  • This is a drama-free environment. Gossip, divisive behavior, or attempts to sow discord within the club are strictly prohibited.
  • All members are equal regardless of vehicle make, model, or value. Arrogance, brand elitism, or attempts to “one-up” others are not welcome.

4. Invitation-Only Membership

  • Do not invite non-members to events without prior approval from club leadership.
  • Sponsorship or recommendation of new members must be made with discretion and only after genuine personal familiarity.
  • Members are expected to vouch for the character and conduct of any individual they recommend.

5. Representation and Conduct at Events

  • Members represent North Texas Exotics at all times. Behavior that damages the club’s reputation—whether during events or in public—will result in review.
  • No reckless driving, revving, racing, or disruptive behavior at any club event or gathering.
  • Alcohol, if present, must be consumed responsibly. Illegal substances are strictly forbidden.
  • Dress appropriately for the venue and occasion. Represent the club with class.

6. Sponsorship and Commercial Conduct

  • Members may not promote businesses, products, or services at events without prior written approval from club leadership.
  • Respect all club sponsors and partners; solicitation or competition with them is prohibited.

7. Family-Friendly Environment

  • Many events welcome spouses and families. Members are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Behavior inappropriate for a family setting is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

8. Zero Tolerance Policy

  • Any breach of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including permanent removal from the club.
  • The leadership team reserves the right to take appropriate action without explanation if conduct is deemed detrimental to the club’s mission, culture, or reputation.

By accepting membership in North Texas Exotics, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct in full. Our culture depends on every member’s commitment to these values.
